Terms and Conditions

1. Company Information  
These Terms govern the purchase and use of courses provided by RewardSmarter Learning Sweden AB (“we”, “us”, “our”).  
Courses are delivered via our learning platform: https://learning.rewardsmarter.com.  
The platform is powered by New Zenler, which is responsible for technical infrastructure and operation.  

2. Pricing  
All prices are displayed exclusive of VAT, as our primary customers are businesses.  
If you are purchasing as a private individual, VAT (25%) will be added at checkout.  

3. Right of Withdrawal  
The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once access has been granted.  By accepting these Terms and completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived.  

4. Payment

Card Payment  
Payments are securely processed via Stripe.  Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your course.  

Declined Payments  
We do not receive details about why a payment is declined.

- Verify your card details
- Contact your bank if needed
- Try again

Invoice Payment  
If you prefer to pay by invoice, contact us at info@rewardsmarter.com. Access will typically be granted within 1–2 business days, usually when the invoice is issued.  

5. Order and Delivery  
Login details will be sent to your email after purchase.  
If you do not receive them:  
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Contact us at info@rewardsmarter.com

6. Access Period  
Courses are time-limited. You will have access for 1 or 3 months, depending on the course purchased. Access begins immediately after purchase.  
For extended access, contact us for options.  

7. User Account and License  
Access is personal, limited, and non-transferable.  
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login details secure
- All activity under your account

You may not:  
- Share login credentials
- Copy, modify, or distribute course materials
- Use content for commercial purposes
- Remove copyright notices
- Upload or transmit harmful or unlawful content
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the platform

8. Account Suspension and Termination  
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you:  
- Violate these Terms
- Misuse the platform
- Share login credentials
- Engage in illegal or harmful behavior  

No refunds will be issued in such cases.  

9. Intellectual Property  
All content is owned by RewardSmarter Learning Sweden AB and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use may result in account termination and legal action.  

10. Service Availability  
We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to:  
- Maintenance
- Technical issues
- Circumstances beyond our control

11. Changes to the Service  
We reserve the right to:  
- Modify or update the platform
- Add or remove features
- Update or replace course content

12. Updates to Terms  
We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.  

13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform and courses are provided “as is” and “as available.”  
We make no guarantees regarding:  
- Specific results from using the courses
- Continuous availability
- Error-free performance

14. Limitation of Liability  
To the fullest extent permitted by law:  
We are not liable for:  
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities  

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course.  

15. Indemnification  
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from:  
- Your misuse of the platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your infringement of any third-party rights.

16. Personal Data  
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.  

17. Support

18. Force Majeure  
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:  
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Technical failures  

Such events release us from our contractual obligations during their duration.  

19. Governing Law and Disputes  
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.  Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.  

20. Entire Agreement  
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the platform and services.
