We’ve put together answers to common questions to help you get back on track quickly if something isn’t working as expected.
If you paid by card
After your payment has been approved, you will receive your login details for the learning platform via email. You log in using your email address and a password of your choice. If you experience any issues logging in, you can try resetting your password here.
If you chose invoice payment
Once we have received your order, including your invoicing details, we will register you on the learning platform within 1–2 business days. You will then receive an email with your login information.
You will set your password via a link in the email titled “Welcome to RewardSmarter Learning.” You log in using your email address and the password you created.
Note: If you don’t receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder, as it may end up there.
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can easily reset it here. You will receive an automated email right away.
If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder. In some cases, firewalls may block emails from being delivered. If that happens, your password will need to be reset manually. Please contact Ida Klefbaeck at ida@rewardsmarter.com for assistance.
If the automatic receipt generated by Stripe for card payments is not sufficient for your accounting, you can download a more detailed receipt from the learning platform. Go to your profile (located at the far right of the menu bar), then navigate to: My Account → Receipt/Invoice
The learning platform is designed to work across all major web browsers. However, if you experience issues logging in or notice that a specific module isn’t working as expected, try using Google Chrome. It is often the most reliable option.
